First Annual COMP FOR A CAUSE “Defend THE Mouse” to be held on April 25th (Rain Date April 26th) at 9am

A Note From Baby Milleigh’s Family:

On Saturday, August 10th, 2013 Milleigh was found in her crib not breathing. We immediately began CPR and called 911. Milleigh spent over a month inpatient in the hospital. A cause was never determined and Milleigh was diagnosed as an “interrupted SIDS” baby. CPR saved my babies life! The doctors have said that she wouldn’t be here today had we not found her when we did! Milleigh was diagnosed with cerebral palsy due to the lack of oxygen to her brain. She’s come a long way, but we still have long ways to go! We don’t know what her future holds, but we’ll never loose hope for our baby girl! We’ve been beyond blessed with the best family, friends, followers and supporters possible! We’ll never be able to thank you all enough, but please know that we’re incredibly grateful for your support.

Vendors will be coming from all over and will include: Kinesiology Taping Experts, Speciality Wine Glasses and Products, Sports Massage Therapists, Essential Oil Experts, Paleo Chefs, Macro-Nutritionist Specialists, Lifting Coaches & Flotation Therapy Providers!

All teams must be 4 Athletes - 2 Men and 2 Women. RX and Scaled WODs will be released starting the first week of April! Please choose your Favorite Cartoon Character as your Team Name!! Each member of the Team must sign up Individually. And we we are requesting that every athlete change into the WOD with REESE T-Shirt upon arrival for pictures to be taken- Many Thanks!

  • WOD 1: 8min to find 1RM front squat. Followed by 2 min to get as many burpees as possible as a team!
  • WOD 2: 9min Amrap - 6 STO/9HRPU/12DL
  • WOD3: 12min Amrap -400m run /Pullups
  • WOD4: 100BJ /80 KBS/ 60C&J/ 40TTB/ 20HSPU
